Your documents help one application. Then they are done.

Invitation letters and bank statements are exactly what document fraud recycles. Here is the journey your documents take with us — drawn out, step by step.

The journey, drawn out

Five stops. No detours.

  1. Stop 1

    You send it — direct

From Canada, Australia, anywhere: straight to our consultant on WhatsApp or email. Not to your relative.

  2. Stop 2

    It enters ONE case file

Filed under your relative's named case. It exists nowhere else in our office.

  3. Stop 3

    One consultant opens it

The consultant handling that case — not the applicant, not other staff.

  4. Stop 4

    Used once, for the embassy

It goes into that single application. Never reused for anyone else, never shared.

  5. Stop 5

    Deleted — and confirmed

After the decision, say the word and it is removed from the file. You get the confirmation.

One picture worth remembering

The leak is never the consultant's office. It's the forward chain.

Every forward is a copy you no longer control. This is how invitation letters end up inside applications you have never heard of.

The direct way

One copy, one custodian, one purpose — and a deletion you can demand. Your relative never holds your financial documents at all.

Being built now · The Sponsor Vault

This is what a watermarked document looks like.

The mock statement on the right shows the vault's core idea: every page you upload gets stamped diagonally with your relative's name, the visa type, the year and “not valid for any other use”. A fraudster cannot recycle a document that names its one legitimate purpose across its face — it is worthless everywhere else.

  • Upload straight into the encrypted case folder — nothing passes through the applicant
  • Every access logged, and the log visible to you
  • Auto-delete after the decision, with confirmation to you
  • Applicant sees "documents received" — never the documents

Everything above is listed as upcoming until it ships — a security promise you can't yet keep is worse than none. Until then, the direct-to-consultant journey above is how it works.

Sponsor questions

Asked by every careful sponsor.

Q.Why do sponsors worry about sending documents to India?

Because document misuse is real. Recycled invitation letters and bank statements turn up in fraudulent applications, and a sponsor whose documents are misused can face questions from their own immigration authorities. A sponsor in Canada or Australia who hesitates before emailing bank statements to an agent they have never met is thinking clearly, not being difficult.

Q.How do I send documents to Lifeset Overseas today, safely?

Directly to our office — never through the applicant. WhatsApp or email your documents straight to our consultant on +91 91155 80911, tell us the applicant's name, and your documents go into their case file only. Your relative never needs to hold your bank statements on their phone.

Q.Who at Lifeset Overseas can actually see my documents?

The consultant handling your relative's case. Sponsor documents are not circulated around the office, not shown to the applicant, and not shared with any third party. One case, one consultant, end to end — the same rule our whole practice runs on.

Q.Should I send originals or copies?

Copies or clear scans are what visa applications need — keep your originals with you. If a specific embassy requires something more for your relative's category, the consultant will tell you exactly what and why before you send anything.

Q.Is WhatsApp actually safe for sending documents?

WhatsApp chats are end-to-end encrypted in transit, and sending directly to our business line keeps your documents out of family group chats and forwarded threads — which is where documents actually leak. The Sponsor Vault will replace even that with direct upload into the case file; until then, direct-to-consultant is the safe path.

Q.What if I change my mind after sending?

Tell us and we delete your documents from the case file — any time before the application is filed, no questions asked. Honesty requires one caveat: once an application has been submitted to an embassy, the copy inside that application cannot be recalled from the embassy. That is true of every consultancy on earth, which is why we never file until the applicant confirms.

Q.What is the Sponsor Vault?

The system we are building into our client portal: sponsors will upload directly into a private, encrypted case folder; every page will be watermarked with the applicant's name, the visa type and the date, which makes a recycled document worthless; every access will be logged and visible to the sponsor; and files will delete automatically after the decision. This page will announce it when it is live — we do not claim features before they exist.

Q.Can the applicant see or download my documents?

Under the vault design, no — the applicant sees only that your documents were received, not the documents themselves. Only the assigned consultant handles them. If you send documents today via WhatsApp to our office directly, the same principle applies: they go into the case file, not to the applicant.

Q.How do I verify Lifeset Overseas is genuine before sending anything?

Check us independently — that is the whole point of being licensed. Our consultancy licence number is on every page of this site and verifiable with the District Magistrate's office in Patiala; the company registration is on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal; and our office, reviews and photos are on Google. Never send documents to any consultancy you cannot verify with a government source.

Q.Do you sell or share data with anyone?

No. Sponsor documents are used for the single named application and nothing else. Our privacy policy spells out what we hold, why, and how deletion works — and you can invoke it by sending one WhatsApp message.
