The Lifeset method

168%

More of our applications get through than when the same peoplefiled on their own.

Measured across applications filed by our own office and recorded in our internal case system. Your own case is judged on its own file — no consultancy can promise an outcome.

On rebuilt refusal cases we routinely see more than double.

What actually happens to your file

Six things we do that a first-time applicant cannot do for themselves.

Before anything is written

One name. On every single document.

Your passport says one thing, the bank says another, the ITR uses initials. To you these are obviously the same person. To a verification desk they are three records that do not join up — and that is a question you never needed to invite. Reconciling names, dates, addresses and designations across the whole file is a fixed step for us, not something we get to if there is time.

  • Passport spelling everywhere
  • Dates reconciled across 4 documents
  • Addresses matched to proof

The read that matters

We scrutinise it the way an officer will.

We have been filing visa applications for long enough to know how the embassies actually work — which documents they expect, which order they read them in, and what makes an officer stop and look twice. So before your file goes anywhere, someone here reads it as an officer would: looking for the gap, the contradiction, the thing that is missing rather than the things that are there.

  • Read for gaps, not for volume
  • Every claim traced to a document
  • Weak points named to you first

The uncomfortable truth

A healthy bank balance does not save a weak file.

This is the single most expensive misunderstanding in Indian visa applications. Money in the account and clean ITRs are necessary — they are not sufficient. Files with excellent finances are refused every week because the reason for the trip was thin, the ties were asserted rather than shown, or four documents told four versions of one story.

  • Funds are one test of several
  • Purpose must be evidenced
  • Ties are shown, not promised

Our own record, put to work

Your file is checked against the ones we have already filed.

Every application this office files is recorded. That record is the thing a first-time applicant simply does not have — a library of what a well-built file for that country, that visa type and that profile actually looks like. Your file gets checked against it line by line, so the gaps surface here, on our desk, instead of in a refusal letter three weeks later.

  • Country and visa-type specific
  • Profile matched to precedent
  • Gaps surfaced before filing

Who this happens to

Refusal does not check who you are.

We have sat across from senior government officials, doctors, business owners, farmers, corporate managers — people whose standing makes a refusal feel impossible until it arrives. It is never about status. It is about what the file proves, and whether it proves it in the form the officer expects.

  • Doctors and consultants
  • Government and PSU officers
  • Business owners and farmers

How we actually work

We do not hand you a list and disappear.

From your first message until the file is physically submitted, one named officer stays with it. They tell you what to send and why, draft the letters, complete the forms for you to check, reconcile everything, watch for the appointment, and prepare whoever is attending for the day itself. Step by step, in Punjabi or Hindi if that is easier.

  • One named officer throughout
  • Letters drafted for you
  • Guided to the counter

The part nobody prices in

Filing it yourself is not a mistake.Paying for a refusal is.

There is nothing wrong with saving a consultancy fee — plenty of people file their own applications and are approved. The arithmetic only turns against you when it goes wrong, because none of what you have already paid comes back.

  1. Embassy fee

Charged for processing the application, not for approving it. A refusal does not return it.

  2. VFS service fee

Separate from the embassy fee, and equally non-refundable.

  3. Counter add-ons

An applicant who arrives with an unprepared file is the applicant most likely to buy premium and assistance services at the centre, on the day, under pressure.

  4. Doing it all again

A second attempt means every one of the above, a second time — plus the refusal now on your record.

Our fee is fixed, published, and has the 18% GST already inside it.

Embassy and VFS charges are set by the government and passed to you at cost, with nothing added. And before you commit to any of it, you get an honest verdict on your case — including, when it is the truth, that you should fix something first or not apply at all.
