Lifeset Doctor Help Desk

You save your patients. We save your time.

A visa file is four to six hours of paperwork spread across three weeks — hours a practising doctor does not have. Hand it to a dedicated officer who does this every day, and get your time back.

Between OPD, rounds and on-call, the embassy portal is the last thing you want open at 11 PM.

Every claim below is checkable — tap any of them

What you actually get

Not more advice. Less work.

Four hours of your week, back

Form filling, document chasing, appointment hunting and follow-up all move off your plate. You review, you sign, you travel.

One named officer, not a call centre

Elite-desk clients are assigned a dedicated visa filing officer. Same person start to finish — no re-explaining your case to whoever picks up.

We know what a medical file needs

Conference invitation, MCI/NMC registration, hospital NOC, leave sanction, locum arrangement — assembled so the officer sees a doctor who is coming back.

Booked around your duty roster

We work to your OPD days and on-call nights, and take the VFS slot that fits your calendar rather than the first one available.

The real cost

Filing it yourself is not free.It is just paid in your hours.

On your own

  • Reading which documents your case needs
  • Filling forms that time out and lose your answers
  • Drafting your own letters and getting them signed
  • Refreshing the portal for an appointment slot
  • Chasing the status afterwards

And a mistake in any of them costs the embassy fee, which is never refunded — plus a refusal you must declare on every future application.

With your officer

  • Send photos of what you already have
  • Approve the letters we drafted
  • Sign where your name is needed
  • Travel

Fixed, all-in fees published before you commit — GST included, embassy and VFS charges passed on at cost with no mark-up. See every price

The Lifeset Overseas office on Nabha Road, Patiala

Elite desk

A dedicated visa filing officer, assigned to your file.

One named person builds and files your application, start to finish. You never re-explain your case, and you are never handed to whoever happens to be free.

  • Every form field, filled and checked
  • Conference or hospital invitation letter, drafted for you to forward
  • Hospital NOC and leave-approval wording
  • Bank statements structured the way officers read them
  • VFS / embassy appointment booked in your name
  • Follow-up and status tracking until the passport is back

Your documents go to your officer directly and are used for your application only — never passed around, never reused. How we handle your papers

Specific to you

The parts a general checklist gets wrong.

01

Ties to India, proved properly

A practising doctor has the strongest ties an officer can see — a registration, a practice, patients, often a hospital post. Most self-filed applications never put them on paper. We do.

02

Conference and CME travel

Invitation, registration receipt, abstract acceptance and study leave need to tell one consistent story with your dates. A mismatch between them is a common, avoidable refusal.

03

Family travelling with you

Spouse and children filed alongside your application, with the relationship and funding documented once rather than three times.

How it works

  1. 1

    One WhatsApp message

Tell us the country and roughly when. No forms to fill in at this stage.

  2. 2

We tell you honestly where you stand

A consultant reads your case and says yes, not yet, or no — before you pay anything beyond the ₹499 report.

  3. 3

    Your officer builds the file

One named person collects, checks and prepares everything, and messages you only when a decision is actually yours to make.

  4. 4

    We file and track it

Appointment, submission and follow-up handled. You hear from us at each real milestone, not in between.

Side by side

Doing it yourself, or handing it over.

The same application, the same embassy, the same rules. What changes is who does the work — and how many of your evenings it costs.

  1. Working out what your case needs

    On your own

Hours across forums, YouTube and agent blogs — much of it written for a different country, or for rules that have since changed.

    With your officer

A document list built for your case on day one, from the current rules for that country.

  2. The application forms

    On your own

Sixty-plus fields in an unfamiliar portal, where one careless answer about a past refusal or a past visa can sink the file.

    With your officer

We complete them and send them to you to read and confirm. Nothing is submitted you have not seen.

  3. Letters — employer, invitation, cover

    On your own

You guess the wording, and a vague letter is worse than a short one.

    With your officer

Drafted in the wording embassies expect, for you to put on your own letterhead and sign.

  4. Money proof

    On your own

You send the balance and hope it reads well.

    With your officer

We tell you how your account actually reads to an officer before it is filed, and what to do if it reads badly.

  5. The appointment

    On your own

Refreshing the VFS portal between patients, meetings or shifts, and taking whatever slot appears.

    With your officer

We watch for releases through the working day and book it, then prepare your family for the day itself.

  6. While it is being decided

    On your own

Silence, and a portal you check at midnight.

    With your officer

Your officer tracks it and messages you on WhatsApp when anything changes.

  7. If it is refused

    On your own

A letter that names a section of the law rather than a reason — and reapplying blind is how one refusal becomes three.

    With your officer

We order the officer’s own notes where the country releases them, find the actual ground, and rebuild the file around it.

  8. Your own time

    On your own

Evening after evening, on something you will do once.

    With your officer

One conversation, then photographs of documents. We come back only when a decision is genuinely yours.

Where the money actually goes

Embassy and VFS fees do not come back

They are charged for processing the application, not for approving it. A refusal costs you that fee, and applying again costs it a second time.

A refusal follows the applicant

Most countries ask on every later form whether you have ever been refused a visa, anywhere. One rushed application can sit in the file for years.

Our fee is fixed, published and all-in

The 18% GST is already inside the number you are quoted, and there is no hourly billing. Embassy charges are passed to you at cost, with nothing added.

Questions we get asked

11 straight answers — no jargon, and nothing we cannot back up.

I cannot take calls during OPD. How does this work?

Almost entirely on WhatsApp, at whatever hour suits you. Your officer sends a short list of what is needed, you send photos of the documents, and we come back only when something genuinely needs your decision. Most doctors never visit our office.

Do you help doctors move abroad to practise?

No — that is a work route, and it needs an MEA Recruiting Agent licence which we do not hold. Be careful with anyone who says otherwise. We file visitor, conference, study and family applications, and we will tell you plainly when what you need is outside our licence.

What does the dedicated officer actually do?

They own your file end to end: building the document list for your case, drafting the letters, checking every form field, booking the appointment, and tracking the decision. You deal with one person who already knows your case, not a queue.

I am attending a conference abroad. What proves that properly?

The invitation or acceptance letter, the registration or abstract confirmation, and — where the organisers or your hospital are paying — a letter saying exactly which costs they cover. We also draft the leave letter from your hospital so the dates on it match the dates on the form, which is where these files usually come apart.

What proof of funds does a consultant or resident need?

Usually six months of the account the money actually moves through, your ITRs, and salary credits or practice income that match them. A single large deposit made just before applying is the pattern officers are trained to notice — if that is your situation, tell us and we will document where it came from rather than leave it unexplained.

I have a private practice, not a salary. Is that harder?

Different, not harder. Your registration with the state medical council, your clinic’s GST or ITR filings, and OPD or appointment records show a practice that exists and continues while you are away. That last part is the real question — a practice you must return to is one of the strongest ties you can show.

My leave dates are fixed. Can you promise an appointment inside them?

No, and nobody honestly can — slots are released by the embassy and VFS, not by us. What we do is start early enough for your country, watch for releases through the working day, and tell you plainly if the window is too tight rather than take the fee and hope.

How much of my own time will this take?

One conversation to set it up, then photographs of documents as they are asked for. Everything after that — the forms, the letters, the appointment, the tracking — sits with your officer. The point of this desk is that your evenings stay yours.

What am I actually paying for, and what goes to the embassy?

Two separate amounts. Our fee is fixed and published, and the 18% GST is already inside the number you are quoted — there is no bill at the end that is larger than the quote. Embassy and VFS fees are set by the government and passed to you at cost, with no margin and no GST added by us.

Will you tell me if my case is weak?

Yes, and before you pay us anything beyond the ₹499 report. You get one of three answers: file it now, not yet — fix this first, or no. Taking a fee for a file we expect to fail would cost us the review that brought you here.

How do I know you are a real, licensed firm?
