Our commitments, in writing.
Most consultancies make promises in conversation and forget them by the invoice. This page is the opposite: the standards Lifeset Overseas holds itself to, published where every client can point to them. If we fall short of anything written here, the escalation path below goes all the way to a director.
How fast we respond
- Calls to +91 91155 80911 are answered immediately during office hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
- WhatsApp messages get a reply within about 60 minutes during office hours.
- If you leave your details on the website or in the chat, a consultant calls you within 24 hours.
An honest verdict, even when it costs us
- Before any fee, you get a straight assessment: file now, strengthen first, wait — or take a different route.
- We do not take a case we believe will fail, and we will tell you why.
- No consultant can guarantee a visa. The decision always rests with the visa officer — anyone who promises otherwise is a reason to walk away.
Fixed, all-in fees
- Every advertised price is all-in and includes 18% GST — the number you see is the number you pay us.
- Embassy and VFS fees are passed through at cost, with receipts.
- The ₹499 Visa Risk & Approval Report is fully refundable and credited toward your filing if you proceed with us.
One consultant, end to end
- The consultant who assesses your case stays with it — through documents, filing, biometrics and the decision.
- You are never handed between departments or left with a junior for the hard parts.
Your documents stay private
- Files you upload are stored in private, access-controlled storage and seen only by your consultant.
- We never sell, share or publish your personal information, and our systems are built not to log it.
We work only within our licence
- We practise under Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024, issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Patiala, valid until 22 July 2029.
- We do not process work permits — that requires a separate MEA Recruiting Agent licence we do not hold — and we will say so plainly instead of taking your money.

Director review
Still unresolved? Email info@lifesetoverseas.com with the subject “Attention: Directors”. Escalations at this level are reviewed personally by a director — or walk into the Nabha Road office and ask for one, Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
Refunds and cancellations follow the published Refund & Cancellation Policy — including the refundable ₹499 report.

Verify the consultancy licence
Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024
Issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Patiala (PLA Branch) under Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules, 2013, on 23 July 2024, valid until 22 July 2029. Any citizen can confirm a travel-professional licence with the District Administration, Patiala (PLA Branch) — quote the licence number. The same number is printed on our office signboard on Nabha Road.
