Lifeset Corporate & Government Desk

Your leave is approved.Do not lose it to paperwork.

Sanctioned leave, a fixed travel window and a department that needs its own clearances — a salaried or government file is not harder, it is just less forgiving of delay. We work to the date on your sanction letter.

Leave is sanctioned for those exact dates. Miss the appointment window and you do not simply reschedule — you re-apply for the leave.

What you actually get

Not more advice. Less work.

Planned backwards from your dates

We start from the day your leave begins and work backwards through appointment availability and processing time, so the file lands in the right window.

NOC and clearances, worded right

Employer NOC, leave sanction, service certificate and departmental clearance — drafted so your office only has to sign, not compose.

A dedicated officer for elite-desk clients

One named person owns the file, so nothing waits on whoever happens to be free.

Evenings and Saturdays

We work when you are free. Documents move on WhatsApp; nothing needs you to take a working day off to arrange the trip you already took leave for.

The real cost

Filing it yourself is not free.It is just paid in your hours.

On your own

  • Reading which documents your case needs
  • Filling forms that time out and lose your answers
  • Drafting your own letters and getting them signed
  • Refreshing the portal for an appointment slot
  • Chasing the status afterwards

And a mistake in any of them costs the embassy fee, which is never refunded — plus a refusal you must declare on every future application.

With your officer

  • Send photos of what you already have
  • Approve the letters we drafted
  • Sign where your name is needed
  • Travel

Fixed, all-in fees published before you commit — GST included, embassy and VFS charges passed on at cost with no mark-up. See every price

  • Government service certificate and departmental clearance guidance
  • Appointment booked inside your sanctioned window
  • Complete filing and document review
  • Status tracking until the passport is returned

Your documents go to your officer directly and are used for your application only — never passed around, never reused. How we handle your papers

Specific to you

The parts a general checklist gets wrong.

01

Government service is a strength, not a complication

A permanent post, a pension record and a sanctioned return date are among the clearest ties an officer can see. The file should lead with them.

02

The NOC most offices write is too thin

A one-line "no objection" leaves the officer guessing. It should state your post, your service length, the sanctioned dates and that your position is held open. We draft it; your office signs it.

03

Timing is the whole game

Appointment availability, processing time and your sanctioned dates have to line up. That is a planning problem, and it is the one most self-filed applications lose on.

Find your employer

Every department asks for something slightly different.

Grouped by what your employer actually demands, not by department name — because that is the part that changes. We draft the letters; your office only signs them.

Be careful of anyone who says otherwise: Political and administrative clearances are issued by your own department, and no consultancy can obtain one for you. What we do is tell you exactly what yours will ask for, when to start it, and how to build the visa file around that timeline.

Department names are examples of each group, not a complete register — if yours is not listed, it still falls into one of the three.

How it works

  1. 1

    One WhatsApp message

Tell us the country and roughly when. No forms to fill in at this stage.

  2. 2

We tell you honestly where you stand

A consultant reads your case and says yes, not yet, or no — before you pay anything beyond the ₹499 report.

  3. 3

    Your officer builds the file

One named person collects, checks and prepares everything, and messages you only when a decision is actually yours to make.

  4. 4

    We file and track it

Appointment, submission and follow-up handled. You hear from us at each real milestone, not in between.

Side by side

Doing it yourself, or handing it over.

The same application, the same embassy, the same rules. What changes is who does the work — and how many of your evenings it costs.

  1. Working out what your case needs

    On your own

Hours across forums, YouTube and agent blogs — much of it written for a different country, or for rules that have since changed.

    With your officer

A document list built for your case on day one, from the current rules for that country.

  2. The application forms

    On your own

Sixty-plus fields in an unfamiliar portal, where one careless answer about a past refusal or a past visa can sink the file.

    With your officer

We complete them and send them to you to read and confirm. Nothing is submitted you have not seen.

  3. Letters — employer, invitation, cover

    On your own

You guess the wording, and a vague letter is worse than a short one.

    With your officer

Drafted in the wording embassies expect, for you to put on your own letterhead and sign.

  4. Money proof

    On your own

You send the balance and hope it reads well.

    With your officer

We tell you how your account actually reads to an officer before it is filed, and what to do if it reads badly.

  5. The appointment

    On your own

Refreshing the VFS portal between patients, meetings or shifts, and taking whatever slot appears.

    With your officer

We watch for releases through the working day and book it, then prepare your family for the day itself.

  6. While it is being decided

    On your own

Silence, and a portal you check at midnight.

    With your officer

Your officer tracks it and messages you on WhatsApp when anything changes.

  7. If it is refused

    On your own

A letter that names a section of the law rather than a reason — and reapplying blind is how one refusal becomes three.

    With your officer

We order the officer’s own notes where the country releases them, find the actual ground, and rebuild the file around it.

  8. Your own time

    On your own

Evening after evening, on something you will do once.

    With your officer

One conversation, then photographs of documents. We come back only when a decision is genuinely yours.

Where the money actually goes

Embassy and VFS fees do not come back

They are charged for processing the application, not for approving it. A refusal costs you that fee, and applying again costs it a second time.

A refusal follows the applicant

Most countries ask on every later form whether you have ever been refused a visa, anywhere. One rushed application can sit in the file for years.

Our fee is fixed, published and all-in

The 18% GST is already inside the number you are quoted, and there is no hourly billing. Embassy charges are passed to you at cost, with nothing added.

Questions we get asked

11 straight answers — no jargon, and nothing we cannot back up.

My department needs its own political/administrative clearance. Do you handle that?

We tell you exactly what your department will ask for and when to start it, and we build the visa file around that timeline. The clearance itself is issued by your own department — nobody outside it can obtain that for you.

What exactly goes into the NOC from my employer?

Your designation and length of service, the exact leave dates sanctioned, a line saying the employer has no objection to the travel, and a line saying your post is held for your return. We draft it in the wording embassies expect and send it to you to put on your department’s letterhead — you never have to guess the format.

Can you guarantee an appointment inside my leave dates?

No, and be careful with anyone who does — slots are released by the embassy and VFS, not by us. What we do is start early enough, monitor for releases during working hours, and tell you honestly if the window is too tight.

The dates on my leave order and my form must match. Who checks that?

We do, before anything is filed. A mismatch between the leave sanction, the NOC, the itinerary and the application form is one of the most common and most avoidable reasons a salaried file gets questioned. Your officer reconciles all four against each other as a fixed step.

I am a government employee. Does that help or hurt?

It helps, if it is documented. A confirmed post, a service record, a pension entitlement and a sanctioned return date are exactly the ties an officer wants to see. The extra work is the clearance chain inside your own department, and we plan the timeline around it.

What proof of funds does a salaried applicant need?

Usually six months of the salary account, matching payslips, and your Form 16 or ITRs. Steady monthly credits are the point — they tell a story on their own. If a relative is funding part of the trip, that has to be shown as a sponsorship with their papers attached, not quietly deposited into your account.

How do we do this without me taking calls at work?

On WhatsApp, in the evening if that suits you. Your officer sends a short list, you send photographs, and we come back only when a decision is genuinely yours. Nothing here needs you to step out of a meeting.

Is a salaried file cheaper than a business one?

The price is the same and it is published — see our pricing page. A salaried file is usually simpler to document, not cheaper to file.

What can you legally file, and what can you not?

We are licensed for visa consultancy and travel services — visitor, study, permanent residency and family applications. We cannot file work permits: those need a separate MEA Recruiting Agent licence under the Emigration Act, which we do not hold. Anyone promising you a work permit without that licence is worth walking away from.

Will you tell me if my case is weak?

Yes, and before you pay us anything beyond the ₹499 report. You get one of three answers: file it now, not yet — fix this first, or no. Taking a fee for a file we expect to fail would cost us the review that brought you here.

How do I know you are a real, licensed firm?

Consultancy Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024, issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Patiala. The company is Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited, CIN U52291PB2024PTC060508 — both checkable on the MCA portal, and our GST number is on the site. Ask us for the licence PDF and we will send it.
