1. Who you are contracting with
The contracting party and service provider is Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India on 17 January 2024 (CIN U52291PB2024PTC060508, GSTIN 03AAOCP3999C1Z5, PAN AAOCP3999C), with its registered office at Second Floor, SCO 06, Bhupindra Road, Patiala 147001, Punjab, India.
We operate as a licensed visa and immigration consultancy under Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024, Form-II, issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Patiala (PLA Branch) on 23 July 2024 and valid until 22 July 2029, under the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules, 2013, framed under the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 (since renamed the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act).
2. Definitions
- “Services” — the visa and immigration consultancy services described in Section 4 and on our website.
- “Engagement” — a paid agreement for us to deliver a specific Service, confirmed by an invoice and your payment.
- “Consultancy Fee” — our professional fee for an Engagement, inclusive of 18% GST, as set out in your invoice.
- “Government & Third-Party Fees” — fees payable to visa posts, immigration authorities (e.g. IRCC), VFS Global, AVAC, biometrics centres, medical panels, translators and couriers. These are not our fees.
- “Client Portal” — the authenticated area where you upload documents and track your case.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian (for example, for a dependent or minor applicant).
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to apply for the visa pathway you request.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You agree to receive service-related communications from us by email, SMS and WhatsApp in connection with your Engagement.
4. Services we provide — and what we do not
We provide professional visa and immigration consultancy, namely:
- Study Visa guidance (Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland and Schengen countries)
- Permanent Residency consultancy (Canada Express Entry, Australia SkillSelect, UK settlement)
- Visitor / Tourist Visa assistance, including Schengen multi-country applications
- Canada Super Visa for parents and grandparents
- Dependent and Family visas (spouse, children, sponsorship)
- Visa Refusal support — CAIPS / GCMS notes retrieval and reapplication strategy
- Supporting services such as SOP review and documentation support
Our role is advisory and preparatory: we assess eligibility, prepare and review documentation, and assist with lodging applications through official channels. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any visa post or immigration authority.
5. No guarantee of visa outcome
The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant visa officer or immigration authority. We do not control, influence or guarantee any outcome, processing time, or that any application will be approved. Any timelines we share are estimates based on published authority guidance and are not commitments.
Where we have acted with reasonable professional care, a refusal does not constitute a breach of these Terms and does not entitle you to a refund of the Consultancy Fee, except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Fees, billing and payment
6.1 Pricing and GST
Consultancy Fees are shown on our Pricing page or in a custom written quote. Advertised “all-in” Consultancy Fees are inclusive of 18% GST. Government & Third-Party Fees are passed through to you at cost, are not subject to our GST, and are payable separately.
6.2 Payment processors
We accept payment online through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors: Razorpay for payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and Stripe for international card payments. Card and banking details are entered directly with the processor; we do not receive, store or process your full card numbers on our servers. Your payment is also subject to the processor’s own terms.
6.3 Currency and international payments
Indian clients are billed in INR. Clients paying from outside India (for example students already abroad, or family members sponsoring an applicant) may be billed in INR or another supported currency via Stripe. Currency-conversion rates, foreign-transaction and cross-border fees charged by your card issuer or bank are your responsibility. Where applicable, payments are processed in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India’s FEMA regulations.
6.4 Invoices and timing
Each Engagement is confirmed by a GST invoice. Unless your quote states a staged or milestone payment schedule, the Consultancy Fee is payable in advance before work begins. We may pause an Engagement if an invoice remains unpaid.
7. Service delivery and fulfilment
Our Services are delivered digitally and in person from our Patiala office — there is no physical product shipped. After your payment is confirmed:
- We acknowledge your Engagement and assign a consultant, ordinarily within 1–2 business days.
- A free 30-minute eligibility assessment is scheduled at the outset; paid consultations and document work proceed on the timeline agreed for your Engagement.
- Deliverables (assessments, checklists, drafted submissions, retrieved CAIPS/GCMS notes, and case updates) are provided through the Client Portal, by email, or in scheduled calls.
- Turnaround depends on the Service and on your timely provision of documents. CAIPS/GCMS retrieval and similar third-party-dependent steps follow the issuing authority’s own timelines.
Office hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. You can reach us at info@lifesetoverseas.com or +91-9814-925-703.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: the initial 30-minute assessment is free; we stand behind our own standalone services with a satisfaction guarantee (a full refund of that service’s fee if it doesn’t deliver what we promised); the ₹199 report is fully refundable or credited; paid consultations are refundable with 24 hours’ notice; a visa refusal does not automatically trigger a refund; and Government & Third-Party Fees are non-refundable. Please read the full policy for the details.
9. Your obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information. Submitting forged, misrepresented or fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and you remain solely liable for the consequences.
- Disclose any prior visa refusals, overstays, or adverse immigration history.
- Respond to document and information requests promptly so we can meet authority deadlines.
- Attend biometrics, medicals and interviews as required.
- Not engage another consultant on the same application in parallel without telling us, as conflicting submissions can harm your case.
- Use the website and Client Portal lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
10. Our obligations
- Act with reasonable professional skill and care and in line with our consultancy licence.
- Keep your information confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Communicate case progress in a timely manner through the Client Portal and agreed channels.
- Be transparent about fees, and pass Government & Third-Party Fees through at cost.
11. Third-party services and government fees
Visa posts, IRCC and other immigration authorities, VFS Global, AVAC, biometrics and medical providers, translators and couriers are independent third parties. Their fees, rules, processing times and decisions are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or service levels.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, guides, tools, templates, checklists and branding are owned by Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial visa application. Your own personal documents remain your property; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the Services.
13. Confidentiality and data protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential, except where disclosure is required to deliver the Services or by law.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided with reasonable professional care but without any warranty of a particular visa outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, or decisions made by any authority where we have acted in good faith and with reasonable care.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, profits, savings or goodwill.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an Engagement is limited to the Consultancy Fee actually paid by you for that specific Engagement.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud or for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or any inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information or documents you provide.
16. Term and termination
- Either party may terminate an Engagement on written notice. Refund consequences are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for non-payment, fraud, misrepresentation, abusive conduct, or breach of these Terms.
- On termination, we will return your original documents and provide a reasonable handover of your file. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees due, IP, liability, confidentiality, governing law) continue to apply.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in immigration law or policy, authority or VFS processing suspensions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, outages of payment or hosting providers, or acts of government.
18. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by raising it with our Grievance Officer (Section 19). If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the seat and venue of arbitration is Patiala, Punjab, and the language is English.
Subject to arbitration, the courts at Patiala, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you contract with us from outside India, you agree that Indian law governs and that this clause applies to you, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
19. Grievance redressal
For any complaint, grievance or dispute, contact our Grievance Officer, Narinderpal Singh Chahal (Director), at info@lifesetoverseas.com or by post at our registered office. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting an active Engagement will be notified to you by email. Continued use of the website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
