1. About these terms

Scope: applies to everyone using lifesetoverseas.com, the client portal, and the mobile site. Contracting party: Pro Lifeset Overseas Pvt Ltd, CIN U52291PB2024PTC060508.

2. Eligibility

Must be 18+ or have parent/guardian consent; must provide accurate information; must have legal capacity to apply for the visa pathway requested.

3. Services we provide

List six services (Study, PR, Visitor, Super Visa, Dependent, CAIPS). EXPLICITLY state: we are a PTA-licensed visa consultancy only and DO NOT provide work permit services of any kind.

4. No guarantee of visa outcome

We prepare and submit applications; the visa officer / issuing authority decides outcome. We do not guarantee approval. Disclaim liability for visa refusals where we acted in good faith.

5. Fees & payment

Published fee schedule vs custom quotes; payment terms; GST (18%); Razorpay as payment processor; invoice issuance; non-refundable vs refundable portions (cross-reference refund policy).

6. Client obligations

Provide accurate documents; respond within X days to document requests; attend biometrics / interviews; disclose prior refusals; not engage other consultants in parallel without disclosure.

7. Our obligations

Professional standard of care; PTA licence compliance; confidentiality; timely communication; case management via client portal.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, guides, SOP templates are © Pro Lifeset Overseas Pvt Ltd. Client's personal documents remain client's property.

9. Limitation of liability

Cap on damages (e.g., fees paid for the specific engagement); exclusion of indirect/consequential damages; force majeure.

10. Termination

Grounds for termination by either party; pro-rata refund handling; file return to client.

11. Dispute resolution
