Do you file work permits or employment visas for our staff?

No. Lifeset Overseas holds a Punjab visa-consultancy and travel-services licence, not the MEA Recruiting Agent licence that overseas employment requires. We file the visas your people need to travel — business visitor, conference, training, tourist, family and dependant visas, and study visas for their children — and we say plainly when a planned trip would count as work at the destination.

How is an account priced?

Per organisation, after a short call about headcount, destinations and the mix of visa types. Volume pricing sits below our published retail fees; every figure is all-in with GST, and embassy and VFS charges are passed through at cost. You get a written quote before anything is signed, and a GST invoice per file or per month.

Who does our staff deal with?

One named filing officer for the whole account. HR or the admin desk sets it up and receives invoices; each traveller then works with the officer directly on WhatsApp for their own file.

Can you promise approvals?

No one can, and anyone who does is selling you something. The visa officer decides. What an account changes is the quality and consistency of every file, the speed of the next one, and what happens after a refusal — we read it and rebuild rather than refile.

Each traveller sends scans to the officer; HR is copied only on what it signs. Invoices go to the organisation per file or per month, with GST.
