Trade-fair and buyer-visit visas for your team, without the refusals

Canton Fair, Hannover Messe, Dubai Expo, buyer visits to the UK and the US, machinery inspections in Italy and Germany. Export businesses travel constantly, often with directors and technicians whose paperwork — proprietorship accounts, cash sales, GST returns — visa officers find hard to read. We present it the way they need to see it, and run the account year-round.

Licence 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024 · visa consultancy and travel services. We file the visas staff need to travel; we do not file work permits or recruit abroad.

The trips your people take

What we file for a manufacturers, exporters account.

  1. 01

    Trade fairs and exhibitions

Schengen, UAE, UK and USA business-visitor files built around the exhibitor or visitor registration, the invitation and the company’s trading history.

  2. 02

    Buyer and supplier visits

Files for meetings with overseas buyers, machinery inspections and supplier audits, with the correspondence and purchase orders presented as evidence of purpose.

  3. 03

    Technicians and installation visits

Short-stay files for after-sales and installation trips — and an honest check of whether the destination treats that as work, before anyone files.

  4. 04

    Directors’ families

Visitor visas for spouses and children travelling with the director, and study-visa filing for the children going abroad.

  5. 05

    Refusal recovery

Export houses collect refusals for “funds” and “purpose” that have nothing to do with the business and everything to do with the file. We rebuild from the refusal letter.

What goes wrong without an account

The problems we see in manufacturers, exporters files.

  • Proprietorship and partnership accounts, cash sales and GST returns that do not look like a salary slip — we turn them into a funds story an officer can follow.
  • Trade-fair dates fixed by the organiser and no appointment within reach — our slot board and slot hunter are part of the account.
  • A technician’s “installation visit” refused as unauthorised work — we check the destination’s rule and word the file correctly, or tell you it needs a different visa.
  • The same three directors filing four times a year — a standing document file so each trip is an update, not a restart.

How it starts

Three steps to a standing account.

  1. 01

    A fifteen-minute call

Headcount, the destinations your people travel to, the visa types involved and who signs letters. That is enough for a written quote.

  2. 02

    Set-up week

We build your checklist per destination, draft the sponsorship, NOC and invitation templates for your letterhead, and open the WhatsApp line with your named officer.

  3. 03

    Files, as they come

Each traveller sends scans to the officer; HR is copied only on what it signs. Invoices go to the organisation per file or per month, with GST.

What we do not do, stated plainly. We do not file work permits, employer-sponsored work visas or intra-company transfers, and we do not recruit or place anyone abroad — those need an MEA Recruiting Agent licence we do not hold. Where a planned trip would count as work at the destination, we tell you before anyone files. No one can promise a visa; the officer decides.

Questions, answered

Manufacturers, exporters & trading houses FAQ.

Can you get our technicians a work visa for an installation abroad?
No. Work permits and employment visas need an MEA Recruiting Agent licence we do not hold. Many short installation and after-sales visits are permitted on a business-visitor visa — the UK, Schengen and the US each define the limits differently — and we tell you honestly which side of the line your trip falls on.
How is an export-house account priced?
Per company, after a short call about the fairs and visits you plan each year, the people travelling and the destinations. Volume pricing is below our published retail fees, all-in with GST; embassy and VFS charges are passed through at cost.
Our director was refused a Schengen visa for a fair last year. Will it happen again?
Not if the file answers the ticked box on the refusal form. Schengen refusals state the ground; we rebuild around it — usually purpose, funds or intention to return — and file through the correct main-destination consulate. The consulate decides; nobody can promise the outcome.
Do you also handle the flight, hotel and insurance for the fair?
Yes. Our travel services issue the flight reservation, hotel booking and insurance the visa file needs, matched to the fair dates, and can book the actual trip once the visa is granted.
