Visa support for faculty, staff and student groups — from one desk
Faculty presenting abroad, staff on exchange visits, student groups travelling for competitions and summer schools, and an international office that already has too much on. We run the visa side as an institutional account: group files for cohorts, named-officer support for faculty, and the sponsorship and no-objection letters drafted for your signature.
Licence 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024 · visa consultancy and travel services. We file the visas staff need to travel; we do not file work permits or recruit abroad.
The trips your people take
What we file for a universities, colleges account.
- 01
Faculty conferences and research visits
Business-visitor and conference files for presentations, collaborations and short research stays — framed so unpaid academic visits are not mistaken for employment.
- 02
Student group travel
Group tourist or short-study files for competitions, summer schools, exchange weeks and educational tours, with one itinerary, consent letters for minors and a single point of contact for parents.
- 03
Staff training and administrative visits
Short-stay files for training, accreditation visits and partner-institution trips.
- 04
Students going abroad to study
Full study-visa filing for your own graduates heading to Canada, the UK, Australia, Europe and beyond — an institutional referral desk with honest readiness checks, never guarantees.
- 05
Incoming foreign students and faculty
FRRO registration within 14 days, Form C, residential permits and visa extensions for the international students and visiting faculty you host in India.
What goes wrong without an account
The problems we see in universities, colleges files.
- Twenty students, twenty parents, one departure date — we run the group as one file with one WhatsApp thread for the organiser.
- Minors travelling without both parents — consent letters and notarisation handled before anyone reaches the counter.
- Faculty whose “visit” looks like work to a visa officer — we word the invitation and the institution’s letter correctly.
- International students who arrive and nobody tells them about FRRO — we do the registration in the first week.
How it starts
Three steps to a standing account.
- 01
A fifteen-minute call
Headcount, the destinations your people travel to, the visa types involved and who signs letters. That is enough for a written quote.
- 02
Set-up week
We build your checklist per destination, draft the sponsorship, NOC and invitation templates for your letterhead, and open the WhatsApp line with your named officer.
- 03
Files, as they come
Each traveller sends scans to the officer; HR is copied only on what it signs. Invoices go to the organisation per file or per month, with GST.
What we do not do, stated plainly. We do not file work permits, employer-sponsored work visas or intra-company transfers, and we do not recruit or place anyone abroad — those need an MEA Recruiting Agent licence we do not hold. Where a planned trip would count as work at the destination, we tell you before anyone files. No one can promise a visa; the officer decides.
Questions, answered
Universities, colleges & schools FAQ.
- Do you place our students in jobs abroad or file their work permits?
- No. We are a licensed visa consultancy and travel-services firm, not a recruiting agent. We file study visas, visitor visas and the in-India registrations and extensions above. Post-study work routes abroad are described on our country pages for information only.
- How is an institutional account priced?
- Per institution, after a short call about the groups and individuals you expect to send each year and where. Group travel and study-visa referral volumes are priced below our published retail fees; every figure is all-in with GST, and embassy and VFS charges are passed through at cost.
- Can you brief students and parents before a group trip?
- Yes. A briefing session — on campus in Punjab, or online anywhere — covering documents, funds, the appointment and what the officer asks is part of a group file.
- We host foreign students. What are we responsible for?
- Filing Form C within 24 hours of each student’s arrival and ensuring they register with the FRRO within 14 days if their visa is longer than 180 days. We can run both for the institution as a standing service.
