1. Scope

Applies to consultancy fees paid to Pro Lifeset Overseas Pvt Ltd for visa services. Does NOT cover government fees (IRCC, VFS, AVAC, biometrics) which are paid separately and are non-refundable.

2. Consultation fee

First 30-minute assessment: free. Detailed paid consultation: refund window (e.g., 100% refund if cancelled >24h before the scheduled call; no refund for no-shows).

3. Engagement fee refund tiers

Define stage-based refund percentages. Example: 80% refund if cancelled before document collection; 40% after document review; 0% after application submission to visa post.

4. Visa refusal — no automatic refund

Our fee covers the professional service of preparation and submission. A refusal does not trigger a refund of our fee. However, CAIPS/GCMS retrieval + one reapplication attempt included at no extra cost within X months.

5. Processing time

Eligible refunds processed via the same payment method (Razorpay) within 7–10 business days of approval.

6. Non-refundable components

Government visa fees, embassy fees, VFS service charges, medical exam fees, IELTS / English test fees, courier fees paid to third parties, translation fees.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@lifesetoverseas.com with case number, reason, and supporting evidence. Response SLA: 5 business days. Grievance officer as escalation.

8. GST adjustment

GST component (18%) is refunded proportionally with the consultancy fee. Provide updated invoice.

9. Chargebacks

TODO for counsel

Clients agree to raise refund requests directly with us before initiating Razorpay/bank chargebacks. Unilateral chargebacks may void the consultancy engagement.
