Japan Business Visa — overview

The Japan Business Visa is a short-stay visa for short-term business activity in Japan — meetings, conferences, negotiations and business-related events.

Alongside the standard documents, the Embassy of Japan expects an invitation from the company in Japan and a letter from your Indian employer setting out the purpose of the visit. Applications are submitted through VFS Global in the New Delhi jurisdiction.
