What we handle
Six services. One consultant from first call to decision.
We do not process work permits — and we will tell you so.
Work-permit processing requires a separate Recruiting Agent licence from the Ministry of External Affairs under the Emigration Act, which we do not hold. Our licence covers visa consultancy only. If you need a work-permit pathway, we will say so plainly — we will not take your case, charge a pass-through fee, or upsell a service we are not licensed to provide. That honesty is the point.

- Is Lifeset Overseas a licensed visa consultancy?
- Yes. Lifeset Overseas operates under Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024, issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Patiala, under the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules, 2013 (framed under the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012, since renamed the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act). The legal entity is Pro Lifeset Overseas Private Limited (CIN U52291PB2024PTC060508), incorporated 17 January 2024. The licence is valid through 22 July 2029.
- Do you guarantee a visa?
- No honest consultant can guarantee a visa — the decision belongs to the visa officer. What we guarantee is an honest, technical assessment: we tell you truthfully whether your case is ready to file, needs strengthening first, or should wait. We never take a fee for a case we believe will fail.
- I already have a visa refusal — can you still help?
- Yes — this is one of our strongest areas. We retrieve and read your CAIPS / GCMS notes, identify what actually caused the refusal in the officer’s eyes, fix the real problem, and refile a corrected case. Refusal recovery is a core specialism for us, not an afterthought.
- Do you handle work permits?
- No. Work-permit processing requires a separate MEA Recruiting Agent licence under the Emigration Act, which we do not hold. Our licence covers visa consultancy only — study, PR, visitor, super visa, and family visas. We will not take a work-permit case or charge you a pass-through fee for one.
- Which countries do you work with?
- We handle visa pathways for 34 destinations — Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the entire Schengen Area, and select others. Study, permanent residency, visitor, super visa, and dependent/family routes.
- Can I visit your office in Patiala?
- Yes. Our office is at Second Floor, SCO 06, Bhupindra Road, Patiala 147001, Punjab. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST — though booking ahead guarantees you a dedicated time slot with a consultant.
