Visa services for your doctors, nurses and staff — one desk for the whole hospital
Consultants flying to conferences, surgeons on observerships, nurses visiting family abroad, administrators on vendor trips, and the families of all of them. A hospital generates a steady stream of visa files, each one filed in a hurry by someone whose job is not visas. We run it as an account: one named officer, one checklist per visa type, duty rosters respected, and the hospital invoiced with GST.
Licence 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024 · visa consultancy and travel services. We file the visas staff need to travel; we do not file work permits or recruit abroad.
The trips your people take
What we file for a hospitals account.
- 01
Conference and CME travel
Schengen, UK, USA B-1 and Australia business-visitor files built around the invitation letter, the registration and the hospital’s sponsorship letter — with the duty roster explaining the dates.
- 02
Observerships and short training
Visitor files for unpaid clinical observerships and short courses, framed correctly so they are not mistaken for employment. Where a destination treats it as work, we say so and stop.
- 03
Staff visiting family abroad
Visitor and family-visit visas for nurses and technicians with relatives in Canada, the UK, Australia and the Gulf — the NOC and leave letter drafted on the hospital’s letterhead for them.
- 04
Dependants and children’s study
Spouse and child visitor visas for family holidays, and study-visa filing for staff children heading abroad, with the parent’s salary and ITR presented properly.
- 05
Refusal recovery
When a staff member has been refused before, we read the refusal first — including Canada GCMS notes — and rebuild rather than refile the same file.
What goes wrong without an account
The problems we see in hospitals files.
- Duty rosters that make the “why these dates” question hard to answer — we write the explanation the officer needs.
- Salary slips, arrears and professional-fee income that look irregular in a bank statement — we present them so they read as what they are.
- A consultant who files the night before a conference — we keep a ready checklist and prior-document file per person so the next trip takes days, not weeks.
- HR answering the same NOC request twenty times a year — we supply the template and draft each letter for signature.
How it starts
Three steps to a standing account.
- 01
A fifteen-minute call
Headcount, the destinations your people travel to, the visa types involved and who signs letters. That is enough for a written quote.
- 02
Set-up week
We build your checklist per destination, draft the sponsorship, NOC and invitation templates for your letterhead, and open the WhatsApp line with your named officer.
- 03
Files, as they come
Each traveller sends scans to the officer; HR is copied only on what it signs. Invoices go to the organisation per file or per month, with GST.
What we do not do, stated plainly. We do not file work permits, employer-sponsored work visas or intra-company transfers, and we do not recruit or place anyone abroad — those need an MEA Recruiting Agent licence we do not hold. Where a planned trip would count as work at the destination, we tell you before anyone files. No one can promise a visa; the officer decides.
Questions, answered
Hospitals & healthcare groups FAQ.
- Do you arrange work visas or placements abroad for our clinical staff?
- No. Lifeset Overseas holds a Punjab visa-consultancy and travel-services licence, not the MEA Recruiting Agent licence that overseas employment requires. We file the visas your people need to travel — conferences, observerships, training, family visits, holidays and their children’s studies — and we tell you plainly when a trip would count as work at the destination.
- How is a hospital account priced?
- Per organisation, after a short call about headcount, the destinations your staff travel to and the mix of visa types. Volume pricing sits below our published retail fees, every figure is all-in with GST, and embassy and VFS charges are passed through at cost. Nothing is signed until you have the written quote.
- Can staff deal with you directly, or does everything go through HR?
- Both. HR sets the account up and receives the invoice; each staff member then talks to their named officer on WhatsApp for their own file, and HR is copied only on what it needs to sign. Patient-facing staff rarely have office hours free, so most of it happens on their phone.
- Our doctors have been refused before for “weak ties”. Can that be fixed?
- Often, yes — a refusal for ties or funds usually reflects how the file was presented, not the person. We start with the refusal letter and, for Canada, the officer’s GCMS notes, then rebuild the file around the concern actually recorded. No one can promise an approval; the officer decides.
- Do you come to the hospital?
- In Patiala and nearby districts, yes — a document-collection and briefing visit for a group of staff is part of the account. Elsewhere in India everything runs online: scanned documents, WhatsApp, courier for originals when a VFS appointment needs them.
