Financial Proof Preparation · ₹2,999 all-in
Financial proof that answers what the officer actually asks — genuine, available and explained.
Money is one of the most common reasons visa files are refused — often not because the applicant lacks funds, but because the funds don't read as genuine, available and explained. We restructure your bank statement, account for every large deposit at its source, and build the sponsor and ITR pack the way a visa officer wants to see it. It's an add-on service: buy it on its own to fix just the money side, or fold it into a full filing.

What you get
Exactly what’s included.
- Your bank statements structured the way an officer reads them — a steady, running balance with a clear history, not a lump sum that looks arranged for the application.
- Every large or recent deposit explained and backed at source — a property sale, an FD maturity, a loan disbursal or a documented gift — so a big number never sits there raising a red flag.
- A sponsor and ITR pack assembled properly: affidavit of support, relationship proof, and the sponsor's own ITRs, salary slips or business income, with a clear line showing how the funds reach you.
- Everything ordered and formatted the way your specific visa office expects, cross-checked against the exact funds figure your route requires — not a generic template built for another country.
- An honest read first — if the funds are short or won't stand up to scrutiny yet, we say so plainly, before you pay any government fee.
How it works
4 steps, no black box.
- 01
Check your number first (free)
Run your case through our free proof-of-funds calculator at /tools/canada-proof-of-funds-calculator to see the living-cost figure you actually have to show, then share your statements and any sponsor details over WhatsApp or at our Nabha Road office in Patiala.
- 02
We diagnose the money story
We read your balance, its history and its source, and flag exactly what an officer would question — a deposit that appeared last week, an unexplained transfer, or a sponsor with no paper trail behind them.
- 03
We build the funds file
We restructure the statements, document each big deposit at source, and assemble the sponsor/ITR pack so the whole picture reads as genuine, available and explained, in the order the visa office reviews it.
- 04
Use it your way
Take the finished pack and file yourself, or roll it into a full Lifeset filing. Either way, the funds are only one part of the decision — approval is always the visa officer's call, and we never promise otherwise.
Anyone whose visa case turns on the money — a Canada study-permit applicant proving the living-cost floor, a visitor or Super Visa applicant, a Schengen tourist, or a student funded by a parent's farm income or a relative settled abroad. If a large amount recently landed in your account, or a sponsor is paying, this is built for you. It stands alone or bundles into a full Lifeset filing — either way, we tell you honestly if your funds aren't ready before you spend a rupee on embassy or VFS fees.
Questions, answered
Financial Proof Preparation FAQ.
- What does 'financial proof' actually have to prove?
- Three things at once: that your funds are genuine (really yours, from a real source), available (liquid and ready to spend on the trip or the studies) and explained (every significant amount has a documented origin). A large number that appeared in your account last week answers none of those — which is why it's one of the most common reasons files are refused. We build the file to satisfy all three.
- Can farming income or a relative's money count as funds?
- Yes, if it's documented. Agricultural income can be shown with ITRs, J-form and mandi records and land papers. A sponsor — a parent, sibling or relative in India or already abroad — needs an affidavit of support, proof of your relationship, and their own ITRs, bank statements and income proof, with a clear line of how the money reaches you. A named-but-unproven sponsor is itself a refusal reason, so we close that gap.
- How much money do I actually need to show?
- It depends on the country and the visa. For a Canada study permit, a single applicant studying outside Quebec must show CAD 22,895 in living costs (effective 1 September 2025) — on top of first-year tuition and travel, not instead of them. Other routes use their own figures. Run our free proof-of-funds calculator at /tools/canada-proof-of-funds-calculator to see your number, and we'll build the evidence to match it.
- Is ₹2,999 the full price?
- Yes — ₹2,999 is all-in and inclusive of 18% GST, with nothing to add on top. If your wider case involves embassy or VFS fees, those are paid directly to them at cost and never marked up by us. This is an a-la-carte service: buy it on its own to fix just the funds side, or add it to a full filing.
- Will strong financial proof guarantee my visa?
- No, and be cautious of anyone who claims it will. Money is usually a major factor, but the officer weighs your whole file — purpose, ties and documents — and the approval is entirely their decision. What we can honestly do is make sure your funds are no longer the weak point. This is document and funds work; we don't process work permits or run IELTS/PTE coaching.
