What you get

Exactly what’s included.

  • A complete sponsor invitation letter drafted by our team — your host in the destination country only has to review, add anything personal, and sign.
  • Wording cross-checked against your visa application so the letter never contradicts your forms, your funds, or your travel dates.
  • Host and relationship details covered properly — who your host is, their real immigration status abroad, how you're related, and why they're inviting you.
  • Purpose, exact dates, and duration stated clearly, so the visit reads as genuine and temporary with a fixed end and a return home.
  • A plain statement of who pays for what, aligned with your financial proof — so the money story supports your case instead of confusing it.
  • Delivered ready for your host to date and sign, with a note on which status document to attach (passport, PR card, or visa page).

How it works

4 steps, no black box.

  1. 01

    Share your file

Tell us who's inviting you, where they live, your relationship, and your dates — and send your draft application or the key form details so we can match everything up.

  2. 02

    We draft it to match

We write the invitation letter and check every fact against your application, so the letter, the funds, and the travel plan all tell one consistent story.

  3. 03

    Your host reviews and signs

You forward the finished letter to your host abroad. They read it, add any personal touch, sign and date it, and attach a copy of their status document.

  4. 04

Use it on its own or with a filing

Buy just the letter if the rest of your case is sorted, or add it to a full visitor or Super Visa filing so the whole file is written together and stays aligned.

Who it’s for

Anyone applying for a visitor or tourist visa to see family or friends abroad — and parents or grandparents applying for the Canada Super Visa, where a signed invitation from your child or grandchild is mandatory. It's also for hosts who want to help but aren't sure how to word the letter, or who write something warm but vague that doesn't hold up next to the forms. We turn that into a clean, consistent document that does its job.

Questions, answered

Invitation Letter Drafting FAQ.

What does an invitation letter actually prove?
A good invitation letter confirms three things at once: who your host is and their genuine status in the country, that your relationship and reason to visit are real, and that the trip is temporary with clear dates and a plan to return. Handled well, it also clarifies who is paying for what — which supports your funds story rather than muddying it. It's one piece of the file, not the whole file.
What are the classic contradiction mistakes you fix?
The common ones: the letter says your host will cover all costs while your bank statements say you're self-funding — two different stories; the dates in the letter don't match your tickets, leave letter, or itinerary; the relationship stated ('cousin') doesn't match the form ('friend'); the purpose in the letter (a wedding) differs from the purpose on your application; or the host's status is overstated. A visa officer reads the letter and the forms side by side, so any gap raises doubt. We word the letter to line up with the rest of your file.
My host isn't a citizen — can they still invite me?
Usually yes. A host can invite you if they are a citizen, a permanent resident, or a lawful long-term visa holder in that country — the letter just has to state their real status honestly and, where it helps, attach a copy of the document that proves it. We never overstate a host's status; claiming citizenship when someone holds a temporary status is exactly the kind of contradiction that gets noticed.
Does an invitation letter guarantee my visa?
No. No invitation letter — however well written — guarantees a visa, an appointment, or approval. That decision belongs entirely to the visa officer. A clear, honest, consistent letter simply removes one common reason for doubt. It strengthens your case; it doesn't decide it.
Can I buy just the letter, or only with a full application?
Both. This is an à-la-carte add-on. You can buy just the invitation letter at ₹1,999 (all-in, GST included) if the rest of your application is already sorted, or add it to a full visitor or Super Visa filing so the letter and the file are drafted together and stay consistent. For the Canada Super Visa, the signed invitation from your child or grandchild is required and must include their promise of financial support and their household size — we draft it to meet that.
