Our team monitors your priority centre through our working hours (Mon–Sat, 10–6). Slots surface at odd times and can vanish fast, so we keep checking rather than leaving it to luck.

The instant a matching slot appears, we book it in your name — no waiting for you to reply and lose it to someone else refreshing the same page.

You attend the appointment
We forward the confirmation and appointment letter straight away. You show up at the centre for biometrics or document submission on the day.
This is for applicants whose forms and documents are ready and who are stuck on the one thing you can't hurry — an actual appointment. If you don't have the time or the patience to sit refreshing the VFS portal for days, we take that job off your hands. Buy it on its own if we're not doing your filing, or add it to a full done-for-you application. Most Punjab applicants give biometrics at VFS Chandigarh, so that's a centre we watch often — but tell us yours and we'll cover it. What we won't do is pretend we control the calendar: the slots belong to VFS and the embassy, and we're honest about that from the first call.

- Can you guarantee me a slot or an appointment?
- No — and anyone who promises that isn't being straight with you. Appointment availability is decided entirely by VFS and the embassy. We can't create a slot or force one open. What we do is watch your centre closely through working hours and book the moment a genuine slot appears, which is a real edge over checking once a day yourself. But the calendar is theirs, not ours.
- Which centre do you cover?
- Your priority centre — the one your application requires. For most applicants from Punjab, biometrics are given at VFS Chandigarh, so that's a centre we watch regularly. Tell us the centre and category when you buy and we'll set up monitoring for it.
- Is the ₹3,999 all-in, or is GST extra?
- It's all-in. ₹3,999 already includes 18% GST — the number you see is the number you pay us, and you get a proper GST invoice. VFS's own appointment or service charge, where one applies, is paid by you directly to VFS at cost; we don't mark it up or add GST on it.
- Do I have to buy a full filing to get this?
- No. This is an à-la-carte add-on. Buy it on its own if you've done your own paperwork and just need the slot, or add it to a full done-for-you filing where we also handle your forms, cover letter and money-papers review.
- Do you monitor around the clock?
- We monitor during our working hours — Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 6:00. Many centres release slots inside these hours, and that's when human speed matters most. We're honest that we're not a 24/7 bot: if a centre only ever drops slots at 3 a.m., no consultancy can promise to catch it.
