Travel documents for the visa file · dummy ticket
Flight reservation for your visa file
The “dummy ticket” done properly: a real airline PNR, held in your name, ₹399.
Embassies want to see your travel dates and route. They do not want you to buy a ticket before the visa is decided. A held reservation gives the officer the itinerary without putting your money at risk — and because it is a real booking on the airline’s system, anyone can look it up.
+ ₹299 each additional family member on the same reservation.
GST included. The airline, hotel and insurer charge nothing for a held reservation or a free-cancellation rate — there is nothing else to pay.

Where it is needed
Which embassies ask for it — and which do not.
If your destination does not need this document, we will say so before you pay, even though it costs us the sale.

RequiredThe checklist asks for a reservation or itinerary. A purchased ticket is not required and is discouraged.

USA (B1/B2)
Not neededThe consulate does not ask for flight or hotel bookings at the interview.
Canada · Australia · NZ
OptionalA reservation supports the travel plan in a visitor application but is not a listed requirement.
UAE · Oman · Qatar · Saudi

Japan
RequiredExpected as part of the day-by-day schedule of stay.
How it works
3 steps, same working day.
- 01
Send the details
Destination, dates, departure city and each traveller’s name as printed in the passport — three lines on WhatsApp.
- 02
We hold the seats
A consultant books a real reservation through our B2B airline access and checks the PNR is live on the airline’s own site.
- 03
Receive the PDF
The confirmation lands on the same WhatsApp thread, named for the embassy’s checklist, ready to upload or print.
What this document does, and does not, do.
A reservation helps an officer see a coherent plan. It does not decide the visa, and no booking of any kind can promise an approval; the officer weighs your whole file. If a destination does not need a flight reservation we will tell you so.
We never issue an edited or fabricated confirmation. Everything we send can be checked with the airline, the property or the insurer. The decision is always the visa officer’s.
Questions, answered
Flight Reservation for Visa FAQ.
- Is a dummy ticket legal for a visa application?
- A held, unpaid airline reservation with a real PNR is a normal travel-trade product and is what embassies mean by a flight reservation. What is not acceptable is an edited or invented itinerary; that is a false document and the applicant carries the consequence. Every reservation we issue can be looked up on the airline’s own site.
- How long does the reservation stay valid?
- Airlines hold seats for a limited window, typically 48 hours to a few days. We time the booking to your appointment date and re-issue it without charge if the embassy appointment moves.
- Do I have to buy the ticket afterwards?
- No. Once the visa is granted you buy whichever fare suits you, from us or anywhere else. Nothing is charged by the airline for the held reservation.
- Does the name have to match my passport exactly?
- Yes. Send names exactly as printed, including middle names. A mismatch between the reservation and the passport is one of the easiest ways to invite a question.
- Is ₹399 the total?
- ₹399 covers the first traveller, GST included. Each additional family member on the same reservation is ₹299, so a couple pays ₹698 and a family of four ₹1,296. There is no airline charge for a held reservation.
- Can you add the hotel and insurance to match?
- Yes. The hotel booking (₹299 per hotel) and travel insurance (from ₹399 per traveller) are matched to the same dates and cities, so the three documents read as one plan. A written day-by-day itinerary is ₹1,499 if the embassy asks for one.
