The Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) is New Zealand's main employer-sponsored work route, and the way most working-age Indians take up employment in New Zealand. It is employer-driven: the visa requires a job offer from a New Zealand employer who is accredited by Immigration NZ, and the role must pass a job check.
