Will booking a tour with you help my visa get approved?

The honest answer is no. A holiday booking doesn't make a visa case any stronger, and a visa is always the officer's decision. We will never file a weak visa application just to sell you a package, and we never make visa help depend on buying travel from us. How is this different from the ₹2,999 Travel Document Pack?

They're two different things, and we keep them separate. The Travel Document Pack (a fixed ₹2,999 service) provides genuine, verifiable reservations — a flight booking with a real PNR and a date-matched hotel booking — made to support a visa application. It is not a trip you've paid for. Tour & Travel Packages are the opposite: actual, paid bookings for a journey you're really taking. One supports a visa file; the other is a real holiday.

Why do you say it's best to arrange the trip after the visa is decided?

Because visas can be refused, and flights and hotels are often non-refundable. If you pay for a full trip and then the visa is refused, you can lose that money. So unless you already hold the visa, we usually wait for the decision — or keep bookings flexible and refundable where we can — before anyone pays for the real thing.

How much does a package cost?

It's quote on request — there's no fixed price and no 'starting from' figure, because the cost honestly depends on the destination, the dates, the standard of hotels and how many of you are travelling. Tell us the plan and we send one clear written quote on WhatsApp. No pressure to book, and no discount games.

Can you plan family and group trips, and multi-country routes?

Yes. We handle families and larger groups as a single booking — rooms together, connecting travel, and a pace that suits both children and elders. For Schengen or multi-country trips we plan the order of countries and the dates so the route is practical to actually travel, not just a line on paper.

Do I have to be a visa client of yours to book a trip?

No. Anyone can book travel with us — whether we handled your visa, someone else did, or you don't need one at all. And it never runs the other way either: buying a package is never a condition of getting visa help from us. The two are kept completely separate.

If the trip needs a visa you don't hold yet, we'd normally hold off on non-refundable bookings until it's decided, so a refusal never leaves you out of pocket. Already have the visa? We move straight ahead.

We confirm the booking
Once you approve the plan and the visa position is clear, we lock in the flights, hotels and transfers and send you every confirmation. Your trip is set.
