For applicants in Patiala & nearby

A Schengen tourist visa looks simple but is one of the easiest to get wrong — 29 countries share a single short-stay visa, yet you must apply through the correct consulate, prove a genuine round trip, and satisfy funds and insurance rules that trip up many first-time travellers from Punjab. Families from Patiala, Rajpura, Nabha, Samana, Sanaur and Sangrur come to our ground-floor office on Nabha Road to plan a Europe holiday properly instead of gambling on a self-filed application. We are a Government of Punjab licensed consultancy (Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024); our Punjabi-, Hindi- and English-speaking team reviews your travel plan, funds and documents before a single rupee of consulate or VFS fee is paid — and tells you honestly if your timing or profile needs work first.

What we do for you

Handled end to end, by one consultant.

Picking the right consulate to apply through

For a multi-country trip we count your nights in each country to find your main destination — the consulate you must apply through. If nights are equal across countries, we file through your first point of entry, exactly as the Schengen rules require, so your application isn't rejected for going to the wrong embassy.

Itinerary, flight & hotel reservations

We build a coherent day-by-day plan with confirmed round-trip flight reservations and hotel bookings that match your stated dates. You get the proof the consulate expects without paying large non-refundable amounts before your visa is decided.

Travel-medical insurance & proof of funds

We arrange travel-medical insurance that meets the €30,000 minimum, covers emergencies and repatriation, and is valid across all 29 Schengen countries — then present your bank statements, ITRs and salary or business income in the format consulates read as a genuine, self-funded trip.

Cover letter & document file

We draft a clear cover letter setting out your purpose, itinerary, ties to India and return plan, then assemble passport, forms, photos and supporting proof in the checklist order your chosen country's consulate uses.

VFS Chandigarh appointment & biometrics

We book your VFS Global slot — for most Patiala applicants the Chandigarh centre at Elante, or New Delhi where a country requires it — and prepare you for fingerprints and photo. If you gave Schengen biometrics in the last 59 months and used that visa to enter, we check whether the in-person step can be skipped.

Why Patiala applicants choose us

Licensed consultancy, not a tour desk

We hold Government of Punjab consultancy Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024. You work with a document and filing specialist who builds the visa file properly — not a travel agent bundling a visa onto a Europe tour package.

One consultant from assessment to VFS visit

The same person who works out your main-destination consulate builds your itinerary and funds file and preps you for the Chandigarh VFS appointment. Your passport and papers stay with one accountable consultant, not a rotating call desk.

Honest read before you spend on Europe

European consulates refuse weak tourist files freely — most often for unclear funds, a vague itinerary or doubts you'll return. We flag those before you book flights or pay fees; our paid Visa Risk & Approval Report exists for exactly that, and the first consultation is free.

Local office, or fully over WhatsApp

Walk in to our Nabha Road office in Patiala, or handle the whole file over WhatsApp and email from Sunam, Patran, Bhawanigarh, Cheeka, Pehowa, Chandigarh or Mohali — in Punjabi, Hindi or English.

What you'll need for a Schengen tourist visa

  • Passport valid at least 3 months beyond your planned departure from Schengen, issued within the last 10 years, with two blank pages (bring any old passports too)
  • Confirmed round-trip flight reservation and hotel bookings covering your entire stay
  • Travel-medical insurance of at least €30,000 covering emergencies and repatriation, valid across all 29 Schengen countries
  • Proof of funds — usually 3 to 6 months of personal bank statements, plus ITRs and salary slips
  • Employment proof with an approved leave letter, or business registration and income proof if self-employed
  • A cover letter explaining your itinerary, purpose of travel and plan to return to India
  • Completed application form, recent Schengen-specification photos, and any sponsor or invitation documents

We send you a tailored checklist for your exact case when you get in touch.

FAQs

For a multi-country Europe trip, which country do I apply to?
Apply through the country where you'll spend the most nights — your main destination. Count nights per country; the one with the most is where you file. If two or more are equal, apply through the country you enter first. Applying to the wrong consulate is a common reason applications are rejected, so we map this out before booking your VFS slot.
What is the 90/180-day rule?
A short-stay Schengen visa lets you spend a maximum of 90 days inside the Schengen area within any rolling 180-day period — counted across all 29 countries combined, not per country. Overstaying even by a few days can mean fines, deportation and future refusals, so we plan your dates to stay comfortably within the limit.
Do I have to travel to Delhi, or can I apply from Chandigarh?
Applications go through the consulate's VFS Global centre. Most Schengen countries — including France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands — run a VFS centre at Elante, Chandigarh, which covers Punjab and is the nearest option for Patiala applicants; a few accept applications only in New Delhi. We confirm which centre your chosen country uses and book the slot. First-time applicants give fingerprints and a photo, reusable for up to 59 months.
How early should I apply?
You can lodge an application from 6 months before your trip and no later than 15 days before departure. Because summer and holiday-season slots at Chandigarh and Delhi fill up fast, we recommend starting 6 to 8 weeks ahead. Applying early also leaves room if the consulate asks for extra documents.
Single-entry or multiple-entry — which will I get?
Single-entry lets you enter the Schengen area once; multiple-entry lets you come and go within the visa's validity. For a one-off holiday, single-entry is usually fine. Travellers with a clean prior Schengen record can be granted long-validity multiple-entry visas of 1, 2 or 5 years — but the consulate decides that from your travel history, not on request alone.
Do I really need flights and hotels booked before I have the visa?
You need confirmed reservations, not prepaid non-refundable tickets. We arrange a flight itinerary reservation and refundable or free-cancellation hotel bookings that match your stated dates, so your file reads as genuine without you risking large amounts before a decision.
Why are Schengen tourist visas refused, and can you guarantee approval?
No one can guarantee a Schengen visa — the decision rests entirely with the consulate. The common refusal reasons we work to prevent are insufficient or unexplained funds, a vague or inconsistent itinerary, weak ties to India (doubt that you'll return), inadequate insurance and incomplete documents. We stress-test your file against each of these before you submit.
