Lifeset Overseas does NOT process work permits. Work permits require a separate MEA Recruiting Agent (RA) licence under the Emigration Act, which we do not hold. Our Licence (No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024) covers visa consultancy and travel services — study, permanent residency, visitor, family, and CAIPS/GCMS support. This page exists so you understand the work-permit pathway, not because we can apply for it on your behalf.

Australia Training Visa — overview
The Australia Training visa (subclass 407) is a temporary visa for workplace-based occupational training that improves your skills for your current job, your field of tertiary study or your area of expertise, or for a professional development training program. It can be granted for up to 2 years.
This page is provided for awareness only. The Training visa is sponsor-driven and work-related: it requires an approved temporary-activities sponsor and, in most cases, an approved nomination before you can apply. Lifeset Overseas does not process work-related visas — they fall under a separate licensing regime we do not hold.
If your goal is to build skills and a future abroad, talk to us about a study visa — a route we can fully and honestly support, and one that can lead to strong outcomes in its own right.
