Visa help for Delhi NCR applicants
Delhi has everything. Every embassy is here. The largest VFS and BLS centres in India are here — our centre directory lists 38 in Delhi alone. There are more visa agents in Delhi than in the rest of North India combined. And still, people from Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Dwarka call a licensed consultancy in Patiala. Usually for one of two reasons: their file was refused, or they want someone they can actually reach on the phone.
Lifeset Overseas is licensed by the Punjab government (Licence No. 849/DC/PTA/PLA/LC-3/2024). Our office is in Patiala, about 4.5 hours from Delhi by road. We do not have a Delhi office. For NCR applicants we work fully online: documents over WhatsApp, calls with one consultant, and your biometrics at whichever Delhi centre is closest to you.
How an online file works for a Delhi applicant
Being near the embassy does not change how a visa is decided. The officer reads the file. So the work is in the file, and that can be done from anywhere.
- You share your documents on WhatsApp.
- We review them and send you a short list of what is missing or needs fixing.
- We prepare the forms and the supporting bundle and go through it with you on a call.
- We book your biometrics appointment at a Delhi centre — there are many, so slots are easier to find than in Punjab.
- You attend once. We track the file and update you.
If you ever want to meet in person, you are welcome in Patiala, but the file does not need it.
For US visa applicants the process is a little different, because the US embassy in Delhi interviews you in person instead of taking a file through VFS. We prepare the form, the supporting papers and, most importantly, your answers, and we run a practice interview on a call before your date.
Refusal recovery is what most Delhi clients come for
The pattern is familiar. A Delhi agent filed a visitor or study application, it was refused, and the agent either blamed the applicant or stopped answering. The applicant is now stuck with a refusal on record and no idea why.
Here is what we do. Send us the refusal letter. We read it free of charge. For Canada we help you obtain the officer's notes, which show the real reasoning. For the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland the letter itself states the ground. For the US, a 214(b) refusal is about your ties, not paperwork, so we work from your profile and your memory of the interview. Then we tell you honestly whether a new application can succeed, and if so, we rebuild it around the exact reason given. Full details on our refusal recovery page.
What NCR applicants apply for
Delhi's mix is wider than Punjab's. A corporate employee in Gurugram wants a visitor visa for a Europe holiday. A family in Noida wants a study visa for a child going to Australia. A couple in Dwarka wants a dependent visa so one partner can join the other in the UK. Parents in Ghaziabad want a Super Visa to stay with a child in Canada for longer than a visitor visa allows.
And many professionals in NCR score well under Express Entry, Canada's points-based path to permanent residency. We calculate your points honestly before you spend on tests and assessments.
We do not process work permits. That requires a separate MEA licence, which we do not hold. If an agent in Delhi offers you a work permit, ask which licence they are filing it under.
The ₹499 Visa Risk & Approval Report
With so many agents in Delhi, a second opinion is worth having before you file. For ₹499 we review your full application — funds, ties, purpose, travel history, and any past refusal — and give you a written list of what an officer would question. Many NCR clients order it on a file another agent prepared. See the pricing page.
